New Vansterdam

When my friend pulled up to a sign that said New Vansterdam, I didn't know what to expect. I was about to receive an education. Read about it (here).

    While I don't even drink, I'm glad some states are starting to be smart about it. It frees up the courts/jails and gives the state more tax money.
